5.Everything is ready. When your store receives an order, Kungfubuy staff will contact you and provide you with product price information and bills. You only need to check the price and pay the bill, and we will purchase the goods for you and send them to the buyer.

We will process your order from the previous day every day from Monday to Saturday (8 am to 8 pm) and send you the bill. You need to pay the bill as soon as possible on the same day. After you pay the bill in full, we will purchase the goods from the factory for you. Normally, the goods will arrive at our warehouse in 1-3 days. After the goods arrive at the warehouse, we will conduct quality inspection and repack them, and then the logistics company will pick up the goods. Then after about 6-10 working days, the goods will reach the recipient.

For returns and refunds, the following situations apply:
1.If the goods are damaged after the customer receives the goods, or the goods we send are incorrect, or the package is lost, in these cases we can reissue a new one or refund the customer. The customer only needs to provide pictures or videos to prove the damage. Customers do not need to return old goods.
2.If the customer receives the product intact, but only wants a refund because he doesn't like it or wants it, we do not accept this kind of return for a refund because we have already paid a high international shipping fee. In this case, in order to satisfy the customer, you can Have the customer return the goods to your address, and then you can ship the goods to the next customer.
