As we operate from China, our team is available Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 6 PM (GMT+8). For special promotional events requiring weekend support, let us know in advance, and we’ll arrange additional support as needed.

We ship worldwide with a total processing time of 7-13 days, from payment to delivery. After ordering, we handle everything to ensure timely and efficient processing.

With KungFuBuy, there are no hidden service fees. All costs, including shipping, are fully included in our product quotation. You can request quotes either automatically through our system or manually via WhatsApp.
