Follow the full guide below on creating your account:
 
1. Visit the Kungfubuy website at https://www.kungfubuy.com/ and click the
“Register” button in the top-right corner.
 
 
2. Enter your
a. Email
b. WhatsApp Phone Number
c. First and second name
d. Create a password
e. Enter input code
f. Click on Submit
3. Complete!
 
 
Connect your store to our system
Follow the full guide below on connecting your account:
 
1. Log into your Kungfubuy account
 
 
2. Go to the “User Center” in the top-right corner.
 
 
3. Once inside the platform, connect your store:
1. Click on “Shop” in the left-hand menu
2. Click on the “Add Store” button
3. Click on the Kungfubuy app, and install on your shopify store
 
 
4. Your store will now be displayed in the list. This means your store has been
connected successfully.
 
 
5. Send your Kungfubuy agent your registered email address in the top-right
corner via the Whatsapp chat or Whatsapp groupchat.
6. Complete!

How do I move up to the next tier?
When you consistently meet the MOQ requirements for your current tier over a one
week period, you have the opportunity to move up to the next level and unlock the
additional benefits. Simply submit a tier upgrade request to your dedicated agent,
who will guide you through the process. To find a detailed overview of the services

Downgrading and resubmission
To keep tier placements aligned with activity, clients who do not meet the MOQ for their
current tier over a two-week period will be moved down to the appropriate tier. This way
each client receives the benefits and support that align best with their current business
activity. To retain your current tier, it’s essential to consistently meet the required MOQ.
However, if there’s a temporary drop in orders and you’re moved down a tier, you have
the opportunity to quickly regain your previous status with a lower threshold. Instead of
the usual one-week MOQ requirement, you’ll only need to meet the required MOQ for
five consecutive days before submitting a request through your agent. For any questions
about maintaining your tier or upgrading again, please reach out to your agent.8
 
General Information
 
1. Kungfubuy workflow:
After setting up your account and connecting your store, we’re ready to fulfil your
orders. The full workflow goes as follows:
1. Quotation: Send us the product you want, and we’ll provide detailed
information, including pricing and any other specifics. Once you approve the
quote, we’ll move forward with processing.
2. Order Retrieval: As orders are placed in your store, our system automatically
captures essential details, including product options (like colour), customer
information, and quantities.
3. Billing: After receiving the order, we promptly generate a billing statement for
your review and approval.
4. Payment: Upon receiving payment, our team immediately begins the
fulfilment process.
5. Quality Control: We purchase the products from the factory and conduct a
thorough quality check to ensure they meet your standards.
6. Shipping: Finally, we handle logistics, shipping the products directly to your
customer to ensure a smooth and timely delivery.
 
2. Sourcing and product information:
Our extensive network of 8,000+ factories across China allows us to source virtually
any product you need, whether it’s listed in our catalogue or a custom request. We
manage all aspects of procurement and logistics, even if your products come from
multiple factories.
Once products arrive at our warehouse, our team performs thorough checks to
ensure quality, colour, size, and other specifications meet your standards. Should we
find any problems, we will notify you immediately, and upon request, we can provide
photos and videos of the items as they arrive to keep you fully informed.
Additionally, we can supply size charts, images, and videos of products to support
your listings. For these or any further assistance, feel free to contact us directly.
 
3. Quotations and product pricing:
If you’re interested in a particular product, you can request quotes directly through
our system using the “Priority Quotation” feature or by adding new products. This
system is our most recommended option as it streamlines and speeds up the
process for you. Else, you can also simply send us the link via our WhatsApp group,
and our sourcing team will provide a quotation along with the factory link.
Our product quotations are fully transparent, with no additional service fees. All
costs, including shipping, are added into the quoted price.9
 
4. Order processing and delivery:
Each day, from Monday to Saturday, from 8AM to 8PM (GMT+8), we process orders
from the previous day. Once your store receives an order, Kungfubuy staff will
contact you with the product price and billing information. Simply review and pay the
bill promptly on the same day, and we’ll handle the purchase directly from the factory.
All products can be shipped worldwide. After payment, goods typically arrive at our
warehouse within 1-3 days. Once received, we conduct a thorough quality
inspection, repack the items, and hand them over to the logistics company. Delivery
to the recipient generally takes an additional 6-10 working days.
 
5. Refunds, and Returns
For refunds and returns, we handle requests based on the following conditions:
Damaged or Incorrect Goods:
If items arrive damaged, incorrect, or are lost, we can issue a refund or replacement
with photo or video proof. Customers do not need to return the item.
Change of Mind:
If the item is intact but unwanted, we don’t offer refunds due to high shipping costs
that have been incurred. However, you can always let customers return it to your
own address for possible resale.
 
6. Invoicing and payments
We offer detailed invoicing with each billing cycle; simply provide your information,
and we’ll ensure you receive an invoice every time. For payments, we support a
variety of convenient methods, including bank transfers, credit cards, PayPal, and
secure payment links.
 
7. Brand Customization
We offer brand customization options to enhance your customer experience.
Currently, we provide free thank-you card customization; simply send us your design,
and we’ll have it ready within a one-week production cycle. For branded packaging
bags, we offer customization at a fee based on your design specifications.
 
8. Service and questions
For any further assistance or questions, our support staff is readily available via
WhatsApp. We operate Monday through Saturday, from 8AM to 8PM (GMT+8), to
assist you. If you have a major promotion on the weekend, let us know in advance,
and we’ll arrange additional support to ensure a smooth experience for your store.
